PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the Learned Family Court, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 124 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.124 of 2021, in a time bound manner.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first defendant in the suit filed by the first and second respondents, seeking declaration and permanent injunction in O.S.No.124 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti. He further submits that the respondents / plaintiffs are dragging on the proceedings only with an intention to harass the petitioner and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.
3.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 4 to 8.
4.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 is dispensed with.
5.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No. 124 of 2021, within a period of one [1] year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
