This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings no. 269/J/fh/f-Kfhk;-gl;L-/2023 dated 28.07.2023 and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to grant permission and protection for conducting the double bullock cart race from Thillankadu Sri Rowther Ayyanar Kovil to Seruvalakadu, Kariyasavayal, Andikadu Vayal bus stop on 13.08.2023 as a part of the Arulmigu Sri Rowther Ayyanar Kovil, Urchava Perunthiruvizha situated at Thilankadu Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.
