This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.3 of 2018 came to be registered on 25.08.2018 and that after completing the investigation, the final report came to be filed, which was taken on file in C.C.No.302 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.
