The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2018. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner deposited sum amount in the finance company of the accused and the accused failed to return the said amount. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired in Crime Crime No.3 of 2018 and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.302 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.
