Alleging that the order of this Court dated 27.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.8520 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No. 8520 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 09.01.2026 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.4650/2024/F has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
