O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the second respondent herein to conduct enquiry in light of circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 of Inspector General of Registration, Chennai based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2014. 2.The Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has been struck down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, pursuant thereto, Section 77 (A) had been introduced in the Registration Act, by way of an amendment. 3.In the light of the same, the petitioner is permitted to make a necessary application, invoking the provision of Section 77(A) of the Registration Act and if any such application is made to the second respondent, the second respondent shall dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
