O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the seventh respondent to comply the order dated 01.08.2024 passed by the sixth respondent and to direct the fourth respondent to execute the order dated 10.07.2023 passed by him.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.07.2024 before the respondent authorities, seeking to take action against the eighth respondent who is allegedly involved in mis-appropriation of the temple funds and maladministration of the temple. On receipt of the same, the sixth respondent vide order dated 01.08.2024 directed the seventh respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit a report within 3 days. However, the seventh respondent having received the said representation and proceeding from the sixth respondent, has not taken any action till date. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, that the enquiry is under progress and they would complete the 3/6

enquiry within a period of four weeks, after putting the petitioner and all other interested parties including the eighth respondent on notice. Thereafter, appropriate action would follow, if required, in the manner known to law. The parties would also co-operate with the enquiry, which is accepted to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting the petitioner and all other interested parties including the eighth respondent on notice. Thereafter, appropriate action, if required, shall be taken by the respondent authorities in the manner known to law. It is made clear that the parties shall co-operate with the enquiry without taking any unnecessary adjournments. No costs.
