ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to conduct an enquiry in the light of circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 25.10.2014.

2. A circular referred by the writ petitioner in the prayer has already been recalled and replaced by a new circular. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh representation before the second respondent to conduct an enquiry under the new circular.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh application before the second respondent under the new circular for an enquiry. There shall be no order as to costs. 16.09.2022 2/4
