O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.12.2021, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier attempt was made by the petitioner by way of filing writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.19713 of 2020 and W.P.(MD).No.14737 of 2020, which was filed by one Noor Mohamed. The Honourable Division Bench of this Court has disposed of the same by way of common order and thought it fit to dismiss W.P.(MD).No.19713 of 2020, which was filed by this petitioner, considering the fact that the properties are involved in survey numbers except the survey numbers 363/1, 2A, 3, 4 & 5.
After that the present complaint has been given and that was also forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur on 12.01.2022. That was also communicated to the petitioner on the same day itself. 3.
Police before the concerned Roster Judge.
4.With the above liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
