Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner herein to form fish pond in the patta land of petitioner in S.No.1333/3 Thenkarai Bit-I, Periyakulam, Theni District without interference from revenue officials and respondent 7 to 9 herein, as per guidelines issued by the Government in the formation of private fish pond as one of the allied agricultural activities before ensuing rainy season.
