O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.12.2014 and to conduct an enquiry under the Registration Act, 1908.

2. According to the petitioner, she has given a representation on 15.12.2014, requesting to initiate action as against the registration of Document Nos.3831 of 2012 and 1812 of 2014, registered on the file of the third respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that, an enquiry was conducted, based upon the representation of the petitioner and orders were passed in July 2016. In the said order, finding has been given that the said issue cannot be 2/5

decided by the Registering Authorities under the Registration Act and the parties were directed to approach the competent civil Court.

4. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, only after conducting enquiry, the order was passed in July 2016, by the second respondent herein. Since the order has already been passed on the representation of the writ petitioner, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

5. With the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands Closed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court or if she can challenge the same before the Inspector General of Registration, if she is so advised.
