ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 14.08.2013, in and by which, the Revenue Divisional Officer has cancelled the patta stood in the name of the petitioner's vendor.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that pending the proceedings before the revenue officials, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.84 of 2013 before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, for the relief of declaration and injunction and the suit is adjourned to 11.04.2023 for evidence. 2/4
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the competent civil Court, this writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending civil suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
