RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3197 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.224 of 2017 dated 22.07.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.CHELLAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3197 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.224 of 2017, dated 05.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3197 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.224 of 2017, dated 05.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8467 of 2019 counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3197 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.224 of 2017, dated 05.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
