ORDER

I am satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The Tahsildar, Madurai South, Madurai vide memorandum dated 31.08.2023 has informed that since the property purchased by him has been classified as water body in the revenue record, survey cannot be done. It is for the petitioner to question the said memorandum in the manner known to law.

2. With this liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed.
