Prayer in Crl.A(MD) No.473 of 2021 Criminal Appeal is filed Under Section 14-a (2) of SC/ST (Preventation of Atrocites Amendment Act 2015, to call for the records and to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.NO.467 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021 on the file of the I Additional District cum Sessions Judge, Thanjavur and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No 663 of 2021.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Chellapandian Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11851 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.473 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that while granting bail under Section SC/ST Act, this Court imposed a condition that the petitioner/Appellant shall stay in Madurai District and to sign before the South Gate Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Subsequently, the said order was modified in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11851 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kumbakonam Town Police Station, Kumbakonam once in a week ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is further stated that the petitioner is a practicing Advocate and in view of the condition imposed on the petitioner, he is not able to go for regular work and earn for his livelihood and hence, his entire family is suffering.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State Government would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 03.01.2022 without any violation.
4. Hence, in the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11851 of 2021 in Crl.A (MD)No.473 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021 is relaxed in toto.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
