2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, which are purely civil in nature. However, based on the the complaint given by the fifth respondent to the respondents 2 to 4, the respondents harassing the petitioner, therefore, sought for suitable direction.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submitted that the complaint given by the fifth respondent is registered in C.S.R.No.1228 of 2023 and after due enquiry, the said petition was closed stating that the dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent is civil in nature and thereby, the petitioner is not at all being called with regard to the said dispute. 2/4

4. Since the complaint given by the fifth respondent has already been closed, no further direction can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
