Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with our peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in any manner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent dated 14.12.2014 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.481/2C bearing T.S.No.9/5,6, Ward No.D, Block No.4 and Survey No.482/1B1D measuring about 11793 sq.ft with godown in Door No.10/5 and 10/6 situated at Ward No.24, Vellakkal Kasa Nagar, Sevalur Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District as the dispute is of civil nature and also pending the civil case in O.S.No.345 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Manaparai, Trichy District.

This petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with our peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in any manner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent dated 14.12.2014 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.481/2C bearing T.S.No.9/5,6, Ward No.D, Block No.4 and Survey No.482/1B1D measuring about 11793 sq.ft with godown in Door No.10/5 and 10/6 situated at Ward No.24, Vellakkal Kasa Nagar, Sevalur Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District as the dispute is of civil nature and also pending the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
