O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.07.2023.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, earlier, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4009 of 2023 on the file of this Court seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency. The said petition was disposed of as the enquiry was transferred to the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin, now, the present petition is filed for a direction to the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin, to expedite the disposal.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the other hand submits that the complaint, dated 24.07.2023 of the petitioner was enquired into and concluded that, there is no cognizable offence made out in the complaint filed by the petitioner, thereby, the enquiry was closed. 2/4
4. Once investigation has already been completed and representation of the petitioner is closed, no further directions can be given in this case to the respondent Police, however, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the enquiry by the respondent Police, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court by filing an appropriate application.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
