The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 11.06.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.12254 of 2024, wherein this Court has quashed the order of suspension and directed the authorities to complete the disciplinary proceedings. 2/4

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that by proceedings dated 23.09.2024, the suspension order has already been revoked. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that so far the charge memo has not been issued.
