ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant, petition enquiry is pending. So far, no case has been registered against this petitioner. 2.Since only enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, she can work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
