Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. 1/4
2.The respondent has filed O.S.No.157 of 2021 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi seeking mandatory injunction and declaration. The petitioners seek speedy disposal of the suit. 3.I wanted to know the workload of the Court below. The learned counsel has furnished the following table:

It is seen that the workload of the Court is rather heavy. It may not be fair on my part to direct the Court below to give preference for disposal of the petition mentioned suit.
4.But then the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the first petitioner is a senior citizen and he is also a heart patient. 5.Taking into account the over all facts and circumstances of the case, I request the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.157 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
