Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the notice dated 17.12.2014 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to unseal the petitioners business premises, namely, T.M.Traders situated at Door No. 2/198, Periya Vallikulam Village, Viruthunagar District forthwith and consequently, direct the respondents to act in accordance with Section 38(1)(c) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. 1/4
