ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner applied to the first respondent for building plan approval. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that during the intervening period, Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019 had come into force. It is stated by the learned standing counsel that if the petitioner submits an online application under the said Rules, the application will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks after receipt of the application.
