ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to delete the entries relating to the registration of a settlement deed registered on 19.09.2014 and not to register any further documents at the instance of the second respondent herein.
2. From the representation made by the writ petitioner on 01.12.2014, it could be seen that there is a title dispute with regard to the disputed property between the petitioner and the second respondent herein. Hence, the first respondent will not have any jurisdiction to entertain such request from the writ petitioner.
3. In view of the above said facts, the question of issuing a Mandamus as against the first respondent does not arise. However, the writ petitioner is always at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court to get redressal of his grievances.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
