ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in connection with the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent that relates to a house property bearing Door No.11/98, plot No.360, Comprised in Ayan Punja Servey No.829/C at Sripuram layout, Pillaiyarkulam village,Srivilliputhur SRO, Virudhunagar District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
