This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Gomathiyammal, W/o. Durai Pandian aged about 20 years before this Court

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Inspector of Police, Thiruppur South Police Station registered a case and during enquiry they found that after marriage the detenue namely the daughter of the petitioner herein eloped with one Ajith KUmar and living with him and their whereabouts is not known.
