ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.26 of 2021 registered on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. The petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of permission in favour of the accused to leave India. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner was not put on notice. This is controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the accused contending that the petitioner has given a power of attorney in favour of her father and he was duly intimated by the police and only thereafter the orders were passed.

3. Be that as it may, the order impugned in the Criminal Original Petition is fairly well reasoned and it shows application of mind. No interference is called for. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
