Further the connected HMOP.No.160 of 2021 filed by the petitioner is also pending before the Sub Court, Thiruchendur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared either in person or through counsel.

Considering the convenience of the petitioner / wife and that the connected HMOP.No.160 of 2021 is pending before the Sub Court, Thiruchendur, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.4383 of 2021 pending on the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchendur. to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The VII Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchendur. forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
