ORDER

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the writ petitioner retired from service. He requested that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.Since it is stated that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous, after recording the statement. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
