O R D E R

The order of transfer on completion of three years period is issued in the impugned proceedings dated 29.06.2015. The Writ Petitioner was transferred from Joint II Registrar Office to the Sub Registrar Office, Ilayankudi. Both the offices are in Sivagangai District and the transfer order has been issued on the ground that the writ petitioner has already completed three years of period in the office of the Joint II Registrar Office.

2.Such an order of transfer is administrative in nature. Thus, the writ petitioner is liable to join in the transferred place. The present grievances regarding the employee has to be redressed by the competent authorities and the Court cannot interfere with the routine administration. Transfer is an incidental to service. More so, a condition of service. This apart, even at the time of filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was aged about 57 years and now he would be around 61 years. Thus, the writ petitioner has reached the age of superannuation. Under these circumstances, no further adjudication is required in respect of the impugned transfer order.
