Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on the averments made in the Writ Petition raising allegations as against the fourth respondent, since the learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded a communication from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai City dated 28.08.2013, in which, it had been stated that though the disputed property, was on that date an undivided property, both the parties namely the petitioners herein and the fourth respondent had accepted to measure the disputed property through the Corporation Surveyor/Taluk Surveyor, Madurai and to settle their issues.
3. I am also informed that the matter has ended amicably. Nothing further survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
