ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Trichirappalli, seeking for divorce filed by him and to pass final orders within the time frame that may be framed by this Court.
2. According to the Revision Petitioner/husband, the above H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2020 was filed by him in the year 2019 before Family Court, Villupuram, for divorce. Subsequently, respondent/wife filed Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.285 of 2019 before this Court and the same was transferred to Family Court, Trichirappalli, as per the order of the Court, dated 10.01.2020 passed in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.285 of 2019. But, the same is still pending without any progress. Now the case is posted for enquiry. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Revision, notice to other side is deemed unnecessary.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichirappalli, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2020, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
