For Petitioner : Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy For Respondents : Mr.M.Jeyakumar Additional Government Pleader [In all writ petitions] COMMON ORDER The learned Counsel for the writ petitioners made a submission that in respect of altering the panel of Deputy Tahsildars, the case went up to Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 12.03.2019, in C.A.Nos.2251-2252 of 2009, the Government issued a circular in proceedings dated 29.06.2019.

2.Pursuant to the circular, the grievances of the writ petitioners are to be redressed. Accordingly, the respondents are bound to implement the circular as far as the case of the writ petitioners are concerned.

3.With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
