This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2016 , on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2016 and also filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, and it is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
