PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.690 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.09.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC, Sections 5(1), 6 of POCSO Act and Sections 9, 10 of Child Marriage Act, in Crime No.690 of 2021, on the file respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl, who is aged 15 years and tied the knot on her and also had sexual intercourse with her. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner and the victim loved each other.

CRL OP(MD). No.17504 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner kidnapped the minor girl and also sexually assaulted her.
5.It is the specific case of the prosecution that the victim is aged 15 years and the petitioner is aged about 36 years. Considering the seriousness and gravity of the alleged offence and that the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
