COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 753 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of the sole respondent, and to bring on record respondent Nos.2 and 3 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.2 and 3 in S.A.(MD)No.140 of 2012 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

4. The name of the 3rd respondent has been printed in the cause list.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
