ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him dated 04.12.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the property with an extent of 0.65.0 Hectares in Old S.No.442/5 and New S.No.592/1, Puthanatham Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District belonged to Kaliamman temple administered by the petitioner's community people. The 4th respondent obtained patta in respect of the property of the temple. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 04.12.2024. 2/4
The said appeal has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the appeal submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 04.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
