ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/respondents and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 16763 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli on 05.07.2023 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No. 655 of 2023.
