This Writ is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Government Order in G.O. No. 363 dated 23.08.2013, issued by the 1st Respondent and to quash the same in so far as it denies the benefits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner died and as on date, the petitioner's legal heirs are not interested in prosecuting the case.
