Heard both sides.

2. The case on hand pertains to five survey numbers in Keelakodumalur Village. It is seen that all the five survey numbers are patta lands. However, three of them have been classified as water catchment areas. It is well settled that in a water catchment area, construction activities are not permitted.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
