Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Civil Procedure Code, to direct the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 01.09.2023 and the the requisition letter submitted by Subordinate Judge, Sankarankoil in D.NO.3112 dated 21.12.2023 through the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in D.No.A1/176/2024 dated 03.01.2024 seeking further extension of two months time to dispose the case in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankoil, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2021.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankoil, sent a letter dated 21.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months 2/4

time is extended for disposing I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
