This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.247 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other independent agency or CBCID officer under the direct supervision of the third respondent and further to file the final report in the said case.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be 2/4

passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 20.04.2026 apd To
