O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.145 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Theni in Crime No.55 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the case in C.C.No.145 of 2022 was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
