PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in letter No. 2166/E2/2014/Go.Samuvelpandi, dated 06.08.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider the actual service rendered by the petitioner for regularization of his services in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court and to pay the same with all monetary and attendant benefits.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in letter No. 2166/E2/2014/Go.Samuvelpandi, dated 06.08.2014 and also sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the actual service rendered by the petitioner for regularization of his services in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court and to pay the same with all monetary and attendant benefits.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the prayer of the petitioner was considered and regularization was ordered, however the respondents have not granted any monetary benefits and service benefits, based on the order, dated 09.09.2022.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
