ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 436 of IPC, in Crime No.527 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.12.2020 around 11.30 p.m. when the respondent police went outside for routine rounds and came back to police booth they saw their police was set in fire by unknown persons. Hence, the complaint. 3.This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15873 of 2021 was dismissed on 12.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are six previous cases pending as against the petitioner and the co-accused has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the rival submission and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
