PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.365/2014, dated 04.12.2014 and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal and in consequence to direct the second respondent to conduct the enquiry relating with the registration of sale deed, dated 07.10.2013, as Document No.5205/2014 by the third respondent, as per Circular No.67 issued by the first respondent and to cancel the same.
