This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the notice issued under Section 111 Cr.P.C, calling upon the petitioner to explain as to how they should not be called upon to execute a bond under Section 107 Cr.P.C.

2. I went through the contents of the impugned notice. The substance of the information has nowhere been set out. It does not conform to the requirement set out in under Section 111 Cr.P.C.
