ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw the amount with accrued interest deposited before the Sub Court, Sivakasi to the credit of C.M.A.No.10 of 1999 pending disposal of the Second Appeal. 1/3

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent has deposited the amount in C.M.A.No.10 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection to withdraw the amount.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi in C.M.A.No.10 of 1999. 5.Post the matter on 21.01.2025.
