ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to compel the petitioner to remove beard on his face and further direct them to permit the petitioner for performing the midday prayer within the lunch time during the college days.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he was a student of the fourth respondent College and that the respondents 3 and 4 were trying to interfere with the petitioner's religious prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the petitioner had already completed the Course and he left the respondent Institution as early in the year 2015. 3/6
5. In view of the said statement, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition and accordingly this Writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
