This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in A3/4504/2014 dated 01.12.2014.

2. This petitioner is a successful bidder for fishing rights in the year 2014. The fishing rights of this petitioner is cancelled by the order impugned in this writ petition. A perusal of the materials available on record shows that the license period for the fishing rights is itself one year. Therefore, at this juncture, no further orders can be passed in this 2/4

writ petition. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
